2. Acceptance of Terms

• Company Accounts: Must verify business email and domain ownership

5. Subscription Terms

Billing Policies:

• Monthly/annual plans auto-renew unless canceled 48 hours before renewal
• Enterprise contracts require 30-day written cancellation notice
• Usage beyond plan limits incurs overage charges at published rates

Refund Policy:

• No refunds for partial months or unused assessments
• Service credits may be issued for verifiable platform outages
• Chargeback disputes will result in immediate account suspension

6. Content Ownership & Licenses

Candidate Submissions:

You retain ownership of code and interview responses, but grant SkillCompiler:

• Right to analyze and evaluate your submissions
• Right to display results to authorized evaluators
• Right to use anonymized data for model improvement

Company Content:

You own assessment questions and job descriptions, but grant SkillCompiler:

• Right to host and deliver your assessments
• Right to analyze question effectiveness
• Right to suggest similar questions from our bank

9. Intellectual Property

• Indirect damages exceeding 3 months of service fees

• In-platform banners for all users
• Updated revision dates on this page

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
